Newsletter

When you subscribe, we use your email address, selected topics, language, consent time and subscription status to send the updates you choose. We ask you to confirm your email first. You can change topics or unsubscribe through a link in every message, or request a new management link from the newsletter page. Consent is the basis for marketing emails; you may withdraw it at any time.

Pending confirmations expire after 24 hours. We retain subscription and suppression records while needed to honour your choices, maintain an audit of consent, prevent unwanted mail and meet legal duties. You can request access, correction or deletion by using the privacy contact above; some suppression data may need to remain so we do not email you again.

Admin and security

Authorized administration uses email verification codes, a short-lived session and Cloudflare Turnstile. Rate-limit records, technical request data and verification outcomes help prevent abuse. Admin controls are restricted to the operator. Subscriber data is not public.

Services and location

Cloudflare hosts the website, database and security verification. Resend processes newsletter delivery and contact preferences. These providers may process data outside your country under their applicable safeguards. The official Resend wordmark on the newsletter page is served by Resend’s CDN. No advertising tracker or analytics script is included.

Your language preference is stored in sessionStorage in your browser tab for navigation and normally clears when the tab closes. Email preferences are stored on the server after you opt in. You can also contact the relevant data-protection authority if you have a concern.
